Your Destination Wedding Should Not Be Stressful. It Should Be One of the Most Enjoyable Experiences of Your Life.

That is why you leave it to the professionals and focus entirely on your special day with the person you love.

I have had the privilege of working with couples from all walks of life. Same sex couples. Interracial couples. Private families who value discretion above everything. High-profile individuals whose celebrations require a level of confidentiality that most travel managers cannot provide. Couples who simply want to get married in the most beautiful place on earth with the people who matter most, without a single logistical worry crossing their minds from the moment they say yes to the moment they return home.

Every couple deserves that experience. And at LuxJet Group, that is exactly what we deliver.

My name is Paulette Salisbury. I am the CEO and Founder of LuxJet Group and I have spent more than 20 years at the highest levels of luxury travel and private aviation. When you trust us with your destination wedding, you are not handing your plans to an agent who has never left the office. You are working with someone who has personally visited the destinations, walked the properties, met the staff, and knows exactly where every couple will feel the most welcomed, the most celebrated, and the most at home.

We do not leave anything to chance. And we do not leave anything to change.

Before I Book You, I Have Already Been There

This is the part of our service that sets LuxJet Group apart from every other travel management company you will speak to.

Before I recommend any destination, any property, or any venue to a couple planning their wedding, I visit it myself. I walk the grounds. I meet the management and the staff. I stay in the rooms. I eat the food. I experience the service as a guest and I evaluate it as a professional with two decades of standards to measure against.

I do this because I need to know, not assume, that the property we send you to will deliver at the level your wedding deserves. I need to know whether the staff truly understand how to welcome a same sex couple without a moment of hesitation. Whether the venue has the privacy a high-profile family requires. Whether the beauty in the photographs matches the beauty in person. Whether the service culture is one of genuine warmth or polished performance.

When LuxJet Group recommends a destination, it is because Paulette Salisbury has been there. That is the standard. That is the service you receive when you hire our team.

The Destination Wedding Mistakes That Will Cost You the Most

Let me be direct, because the most valuable thing I can give you in this post is honesty.

Most couples spend months perfecting the flowers, the menu, the dress, and the invitations, and then leave the most logistically complex part of the entire celebration to the last minute or to someone who has never coordinated international group travel before.

A wedding has no flexibility built in. The ceremony has a time. The venue has a setup window. The photographer has a golden hour that does not negotiate. Every person who matters to that day needs to arrive rested, on time, and ready to celebrate. Not exhausted from a missed connection. Not stressed from a transfer that was never confirmed. Not standing at a hotel desk explaining that their reservation does not appear to be in the system.

This is why you need a travel manager, not a travel agent. And it is why you need one who has personally experienced every destination they recommend.

Top Luxury Destination Wedding Locations: Where We Have Been and Who You Will Be

Every destination below is one we know personally. We know the access, the venues, the properties, the staff, and most importantly, we know how each destination welcomes different couples. For our same sex couples especially, we only recommend locations where your love will be honoured without reservation and celebrated without hesitation.

Italy: Lake Como, Puglia, and Tuscany

Lake Como is romance made geography. The lakeside villas, the mountain backdrop, the water taxis gliding between properties at dusk. It is also one of the most logistically demanding destinations in our portfolio. The roads are narrow and congested in peak season and the only practical way to move guests between venues is by water. We arrange private jet arrivals into Milan and build a complete water-based transfer plan for every guest. Lake Como is consistently welcoming and is a destination we recommend with full confidence for all couples.

Puglia has become one of Europe’s most sought-after wedding regions and for good reason. Masseria estates, ancient olive groves, the trulli architecture of the Valle d’Itria, and a food culture that rivals anywhere in the country. Borgo Egnazia is the property we return to again and again. The staff there understand luxury service at a genuinely human level. Arrivals go into Bari or Brindisi and we manage the ground logistics from there.

Tuscany remains the classic choice and it earns that status every time. Private villa buyouts in the Chianti countryside, winery ceremonies, long tables under the Tuscan sky. We arrange arrivals into Florence or Pisa and handle everything on the ground. Tuscany is one of the most open and welcoming regions in Italy for all couples and we have never had a client feel anything other than completely at home here.

France: The French Riviera and Château Country

The French Riviera offers wedding settings of extraordinary elegance in Cannes, Nice, Antibes, and the hilltop villages above the coast. Private jet arrivals into Nice Côte d’Azur are straightforward. Moving guests along the Riviera in peak summer season is not. We routinely arrange helicopter transfers between Nice and coastal venues to guarantee arrival times, because the roads in July and August simply cannot be relied upon.

Château Country in the Loire Valley and Bordeaux wine regions offers privately owned châteaux that can be taken exclusively for a full wedding weekend. Intimate, deeply French, and extraordinary in autumn when the vineyards turn gold. We arrange arrivals into Paris, Bordeaux, or Nantes and manage the complete guest movement. France is one of the most progressive and welcoming countries in Europe for all couples and it shows in the quality of the hospitality.

The Caribbean: St. Barts, Turks and Caicos, and St. Lucia

St. Barts is the most exclusive island in the Caribbean and the most technically demanding for private aviation. Gustaf III Airport has a short runway, a steep approach, and strict aircraft limitations that not every operator can handle. I have coordinated arrivals and departures here more times than I can count and I know exactly which operators have genuine experience on this approach and which ones should not be trusted with it. For same sex couples, St. Barts is one of the most cosmopolitan and openly welcoming destinations in the region. Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France and Eden Rock are properties we know and trust completely.

Turks and Caicos offers stunning beach wedding venues alongside outstanding hospitality infrastructure, with access that is significantly more straightforward than St. Barts. This makes it an excellent choice for larger guest lists flying primarily from North America. COMO Parrot Cay is among the finest private island experiences in the region and the destination is welcoming to all couples without exception.

St. Lucia has two of the most visually extraordinary wedding venues anywhere in the world in Jade Mountain and Sugar Beach, set against the backdrop of the Pitons. Arriving by helicopter from the airport as the sun drops behind those volcanic peaks is an arrival moment your guests will describe for decades. The island has evolved significantly in its welcome of all couples and we have coordinated beautiful celebrations here for a wide range of clients.

The Americas: Riviera Maya, Costa Rica, Jackson Hole, and Montana

Riviera Maya, Mexico handles larger guest lists with a combination of access, luxury infrastructure, and natural beauty that is hard to match at scale. Private villa estates north of Tulum and the boutique properties around Akumal offer something far beyond the resort experience most people associate with Mexico. This is a destination we particularly love for couples who want warmth, colour, and genuine celebration energy woven into every moment.

Costa Rica is for the couple who wants something genuinely extraordinary and outside the familiar circuit. Private jungle lodges and Pacific coast properties on the Papagayo Peninsula and the Osa Peninsula offer a destination wedding experience unlike anywhere else. Costa Rica has been consistently progressive and welcoming on equality and it shows in the culture and the hospitality.

Jackson Hole, Wyoming delivers mountain grandeur alongside world-class hospitality. The Four Seasons Jackson Hole and Amangani are the benchmark properties and the natural setting is simply incomparable. Private jet arrivals into Jackson Hole Airport are straightforward. Autumn colour and winter snow both create wedding photographs that cannot be replicated anywhere else.

Montana is for the couple who wants complete remoteness and the kind of raw natural beauty that no resort can manufacture. The Paws Up Resort and the privately owned ranches of the Yellowstone Valley are properties we have worked with personally. A Montana sky at night is something your guests will carry with them for the rest of their lives.

Greece: Thessaloniki and the Northern Aegean

While Santorini and Mykonos remain the names most people reach for, the couples who come to us looking for something genuinely undiscovered are increasingly drawn to Thessaloniki and the northern Aegean coast. This is one of Europe’s most beautiful and most underappreciated regions: Byzantine architecture, extraordinary cuisine, dramatic coastline, and island venues that have not yet been changed by mass tourism. Access via Thessaloniki Macedonia Airport is easier than most people expect and the welcome here for all couples is genuine and warm.

Private Islands and Tropical Luxury: The Maldives, Bali, and Phu Quoc

The Maldives represents the purest form of destination wedding seclusion available anywhere on earth. A private overwater villa on a resort island with the Indian Ocean in every direction and no outside world to intrude. We coordinate the full journey: private jet into Male, seaplane transfer at dawn or dusk, villa configuration, and all in-resort arrangements. Soneva Jani and Six Senses Laamu are properties we know at a level that goes well beyond what any review can tell you. The Maldives has been increasingly progressive in its welcome of international couples and we work only with properties where we are confident our clients will feel completely at ease.

Bali, Indonesia offers a destination wedding experience that combines spiritual beauty, extraordinary natural surroundings, and a hospitality culture that is among the warmest in the world. The private villa estates above Ubud and the clifftop properties of Uluwatu and Seminyak create wedding settings of genuine magic. Bali’s culture of ceremony and celebration aligns beautifully with what a wedding is meant to be and we have seen couples transformed by the experience of celebrating here.

Phu Quoc, Vietnam is one of the most beautiful and least crowded luxury island destinations in Southeast Asia and one that more of our clients are discovering. White sand beaches, emerald water, and a hospitality infrastructure that has developed rapidly at the top end of the market. JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay and the Regent Phu Quoc are properties we have visited and evaluated personally. For couples who want tropical luxury without the crowds that have arrived at more established destinations, Phu Quoc is a destination we are genuinely excited to recommend.

What LuxJet Group Handles So You Do Not Have To

When you work with us for your destination wedding, here is what comes off your list entirely.

Every private jet and group charter from every departure city your guests are travelling from. All hotel negotiations, room blocks, villa buyouts, and property arrangements. Ground, helicopter, and seaplane transfers mapped precisely against your event timeline. A complete guest travel guide so that every person on your list knows exactly what to do, when, and who to call. Day-of coordination across every movement so you are never managing a single logistics conversation on your wedding day.

One point of contact. One team. Complete coverage from the moment your guests leave home to the moment they return.

And above everything else, the personal knowledge that the destination you are celebrating in, the property your guests are staying at, and the staff who will welcome every single person who matters to your day have been vetted by someone who was there, who cares, and who would not send you anywhere they would not go themselves.

Your love deserves to be celebrated fully. We make sure it is.
