Privacy Policy

At LuxJet Group, your privacy is not an afterthought. It is a fundamental part of how we operate. We work with clients who value discretion and we take our responsibility to protect your personal information seriously.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it. We have written it in plain language so you can read and understand it without needing a legal background.

3. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only when it is necessary to complete your booking or required by law. We are selective and deliberate about who receives your information.

Aircraft Operators

To arrange and operate your flight, we are required to share certain passenger and travel information with the aircraft operator. This typically includes passenger names, travel dates, and any special requirements. This information is shared strictly for the purpose of operating your flight and is handled confidentially by the operator.

Booking Platforms

LuxJet Group sources aircraft through industry platforms including Avinode, AVPRO, Charterpad, Air Charter Service, PrivateFly, and Victor. When searching for available aircraft on your behalf, limited trip details such as route and dates may be visible to operators within these platforms. No personal passenger information is shared at the search stage.

Aviation Authorities and Regulatory Bodies

For international and certain domestic flights, passenger information may be required by aviation authorities, customs, or border control agencies in the relevant countries. LuxJet Group complies with all applicable legal requirements in this regard.

Service Providers

We may work with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business - for example, secure payment processors or email platforms. These providers are only given access to the information they need to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use your information for any other purpose.

We Will Never Share Your Information With

- Marketing companies or advertising networks
- Data brokers or list sellers
- Any third party for their own marketing purposes

We keep your personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy - primarily for the duration of your booking and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and legal compliance purposes.

In practice, this means:

- Booking and payment records are retained for a minimum of seven years in line with standard financial and business record-keeping requirements
