This one is hard to write without getting emotional. When COVID hit, we were at our place in Florida and everything shut down so fast we didn’t even have time to process what was happening. Our three dogs were still in our apartment in New York City with a dog sitter, and we had no idea when or if we’d be able to get back to them. It was heartbreaking. Someone told us to call Paulette.

Within a short time, she had everything arranged on a private jet. Our dogs had a private jet all to themselves. When they finally arrived safely, we were all on the floor crying, dogs included.

There are people you do business with… and then there are people you never forget. Paulette is the second kind.
